How do I place an Order?
To place an order navigate to the product you wish to purchase. Select the size or colour you want then select “Add to Basket”. You can either checkout from there or add more items.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to change something in your order for example a t-shirt size or address please contact Fiona, email@example.com as soon as you can to amend the order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to place an order.
How Do I Track My Order?
We only track orders that have paid for a tracked service. You will receive an email when the order is shipped with tracking info.
How Can I Return a Product?
To return a product please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the address details. In your email, please explain the reason and your order details. If you are returning an item for exchange then you would be required to pay for the return postage.
